Scott is really excited to be the Paint Sponsor for the 27th Annual Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity Turkey Trot 5K Run & Walk. It’s one of those special local events that brings everyone together—running, walking, laughing, and raising money to help Habitat build affordable, solid homes for families who need them most.

It’s a genuine opportunity to help put the race on and back a cause that truly changes lives right here in Charlotte County. When Scott volunteers on Habitat builds around Charlotte County, he shows up ready to work—and ready to use the skills he’s honed as a home inspector. He’ll walk through safety checks to confirm things meet code and share practical tips on how the new homeowners can keep their house in great shape for years to come. Spotting little things early that could turn into bigger issues later—it’s exactly what he does every day during inspections, just now it’s helping a family before they even move in. He’s worked on several local builds, and seeing those homes come together for families who truly need them is something that means a lot to him.
